Murphys Wine Country Engagement

It’s not hard to get me to agree to a Murphys shoot!  The mountains, cute little shops, and wine make this spot one of my favorites!  I was pleasantly surprised that Sundays are very quiet around here!  Cortney, Mike and I basically had the whole place to ourselves!  Following are some of my favorites from their Murphys wine country engagement session.

We headed up there in the beginning of spring so flowers were blooming everywhere!  So pretty!

Murphys is a really great location because there are so many different textures.  Any time I am shooting I look not only for the best light but for interesting textures that add depth and dimension to the images and make a great backdrop.

Weeping cherry blossom trees are one of my favorites!  I was so excited when I spotted one in front of this turquoise building.

We had an adorable little furry friend crash the shoot.  She decided to hang out for a bit.

I can’t wait for their Union Hill wedding this coming March!
