Rachel’s Fall Senior Portraits

This is one of my favorite Fall senior portraits session that I have done! Rachel is so photogenic and just straight rocked her senior session, that I barely had to give her any direction! We shot at one of my favorite locations in La Grange and this session is a perfect example of why I LOVE Summer and Fall shoots when all the grass is dead and golden! It creates the best natural reflector for skin tones and just has the best colors! It is a common misconception that lots of green is desirable for photo sessions, and while the color green is pretty it is the absolute worst to have your subjects surrounded by it. It casts funky green colors up on their skin and that is never a good look! So when picking out your photo location trust me when I say to steer clear of too much green and NEVER pick a spot that requires you to stand on green grass!
